Error description

• PROBLEM: Vendor is not copied from Favorite Items in Desktop
  Requisition
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to Self Service-Desktop Requisitions application
  2. Create Requisition (eg.1014)
  Set charge information accordingly
  Click Continue
  3. In Requisition Line Items, Click new
  Set Line Type: MATERIAL
  Set Item Description: TEST01
  Set Quantity: 1
  Set Order unit: EACH
  Set Unit cost: 10
  Set Vendor: A0001
  Set Model: AA
  Set Catalog: BB
  4. In that line, click 'Add to Favorite'
  Continue
  5.Save as Draft or Submit
  6.Create another requisition (eg.1015)
  Set charge information accordingly
  Click Continue
  7. In Requisition Line Items, Click Add Line Item-Favorite
  Items
  You can see favorite item saved in the step 4.
  8. Set quantity and click Add to Requisition button
  
  RESULTS: Model/Catalog is copied, but Vendor is not copied
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Vendor should be copied from favorite item
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION: Maximo Asset Management
  7.6.0.8, 7.6.1.1, 7.6.1.2
