APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    Quantity information was not copied from Purchase Order to
    Invoice using OSLC to import flat file.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    The steps below use MAXDEMO as an example:
    
    1)Go to Purchase Orders application.
    Create and approve PO using the information below:
    PO: PF08
    Company: BALSTON
    
    Po Lines:Create two PO lines where the line type is Service.
    
    Define any quantity and Unit Cost.
    
    2)Go to Receiving application and receive all lines for the PO
    PF08.
    
    3)Go to Object Structures application and open the MXINVOICE.
    Check the Support Flat Structure checkbox.
    Save.
    
    4)Use an external tool to POST the information below:
    
    URL: MXSERVER/maximo/oslc/os/mxinvoice?lean=1&action=importfile
    &_lid=maxadmin&_lpwd=maxadmin
    
    Body:
    INVOICENUM,PONUM,SITEID,INVOICELINENUM,INVOICELINEPONUM,POLINEN
    UM,POSITEID,IVOL_POREVISIONNUM,IVOL_POSITEID
    IV02,PF08,BEDFORD,1,PF08,1,BEDFORD,0,BEDFORD
    IV02,PF08,BEDFORD,2,PF08,2,BEDFORD,0,BEDFORD
    
    RESULTS:
    Invoice will be created with the two PO Lines but the quantity
    will be 0.
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Quantity needs to be the same as the PO.
    
    
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
