Error description

  • Problem Description
    In Work Order Tracking application, the Go to Classification
    from Advanced Search does not take you to the correct record
    when you try it for multiple times. It works only the first
    time.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    - Go to Work Order Tracking application
    - Click on Advanced Search.
    - On the Classification field, using the "Select Classification"
    option on the detail menu, select MECHANICAL.
    - Ensure the MECHANICAL value is set on the Classification
    field.
    - On the Classification field, using the detail button, select
    Go To Classification.
    - You will be taken to the Classification application and the
    MECHANICAL record will be on the screen.
    
    - Now, Click on Return (top right side of the screen).
    - You will be taken back to the Advanced Search screen and the
    MECHANICAL value is still set on the Classification field.
    - Again, on the Classification field, using the detail button,
    select Go To Classification.
    - You will take to the Classification app, however this time you
    will see the list of all classification records, and MECHANICAL
    record will NOT be selected on the screen.
    
    RESULTS: In Work Order Tracking app, the hyperlink ?Go to
    Classification? from Advanced Search does not take you to the
    correct record when you try it for multiple times.
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    
    Maximo should show up the classification record every time user
    performed the action Go to Classification from Advanced Search .
