  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Customer recently installed in latest IFIX 8 for 7.6.1.2 and
noticed this broke.  They had a KPI list with the title
License-Total (Full/Limited) and now it says
License-Total(Full/Limited(

This doesn't do this in the previous IFIX.


Client is using the Skin - tivoli13,  They have also tried it
in IE Edge and Chrome.  Their production is still in on IFIX7
and it doesn't have that issue so something happened. They
haven't modified those KPI labels.  This is definitely a minor
issue most of their start centers don't have KPI's or ( )

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Steps to Reproduce:

Login to Maximo
Go to KPI manager either create or edit a KPI description making
sure to use ( ).
Save.
Go back to the start center and display your KPI. In the
customers instance the see these characters.

RESULTS

Displays incorrectly.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Display correctly.
