IJ34163: ERROR BMXAA4214E OCCURS WHEN TRYING TO ASSIGN A CREW IN WORK ORDER TRACKING APPLICATION

Error description

• PROBLEM: Error BMXAA4214E occurs when trying to assign a crew
  in Work Order Tracking application
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. In System Properties application, make sure that
  mxe.skd.syncwodates is set to TRUE
  2. Go to Craft application
  Create a Craft: TESTCRA
  Have 'Crew?' checked
  Add Skill Level: FIRSTCLASS
  Save
  3. Go to Crew Type application
  Create a Crew Type: TESTCT
  In Required Craft,
  Set Position with LEADER
  Set Craft with TESTCRA
  4. Go to Crew application
  Create a Crew: TESTCR
  Set Crew Type with TESTCT
  Save
  5. Go to Work Order Tracking application
  Create a work order
  Set Schedule Start: 13/07/21 9:00 AM
  Set Finish No Later Than: 12/07/2017 9:00 AM
  Save
  6. Go to Assignment Tab
  Click New Row
  Set Crew with TESTCR
  
  RESULTS: Error "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred.
  Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather
  the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why
  the error occurred."
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Set Crew without error
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION: Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.1
  
  AFFECTED APPLICATION (for Maximo Only):
  
  Work Order Tracking application (Only happen with Utility 7602)
