Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  Previous Row and Next Row are read as Press CTRL ALT Down by
  JAWS
  
  PROBLEM:
  The name of the Next Row and Previous Row buttons cannot be
  understood by assistive technology.
  The names of these elements are read as "Press CTRL + ALT + Up
  Arrow".
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1 - Log into Maximo
  2 - Navigate to Go To -> Administration -> Resources -> Labor,
  Labor application is displayed.
  3 - Press Enter to populate data, Labor data is populated.
  4 - Press SHIFT+TAB and navigate back to the down arrow, Down
  arrow selected.
  5 - JAWS reads "Press CTRL+ALT+Down Arrow".
  To a non sighted user, there is no indication of what this
  button accomplishes (Previous Row etc.).
  The same is true for the Next Row button. There should be an
  indication of the buttons function.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  JAWS reads "Press CTRL+ALT+Down Arrow"
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  JAWS does not read as "Press CTRL+ALT+Down Arrow" and reads as
  Next button or Previous button
