IJ33933: OVERLAP IN INTEGER FIELD VALUE WITH HOVER ICON IN ASSETS

Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  Overlap in Integer field value with Hover icon in Assets
  
  PROBLEM:
  When the hoverover icon is displayed in a textbox it merges
  with the data displayed in the field, in iot18 skin.
  We are facing an overlap issue while assigning a record hover
  icon to a Integer type field.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  - Go to Application Designer and open/edit the Asset
  application canvas
  - Find the Budgeted field in the main Asset tab
  - Open control properties and click on Advanced tab
  - Set ASSET_RECORDHOVER in the Hover Window ID field
  - Save changes
  - Now go to Assets application
  - Select asset 11400 and make sure it has a long value on the
  Budgeted field
  - You will see that the hoverover icon is displayed in a
  textbox and it merges with the data displayed in the field.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  When the hoverover icon is displayed in a textbox it merges
  with the data displayed in the field, in iot18 skin.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  When the hoverover icon is displayed in a textbox it does not
  merge with the data displayed in the field, in iot18 skin.
