• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  Labels and instructions are not provided when content requires
  user input
  
  PROBLEM:
  This case is related to "missing information" on the screen,
  like "The fields with the orange asterisk to the left are
  Required fields"
  (This is NOT related to screen reader technology)
  We understand the orange asterisk is an indicator of required
  field, however this is a critical 508 issue for the customer.
  The issue that 508 had was that there was no indication to a
  non-sighted user that the fields with asterisks were required.
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE :
  Open Maximo as maxadmin
  Go to any application that has required fields, like Assets
  Insert a new asset record, you will see required fields with
  the orange asterisk
