Error description

• DESCRIPTION: "Select Safety Hazards" doesn't show label details
  about the Work Assets, the Hazards are shown for.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  (1) (a) Go to Work Orders; Safety Plans Application; Find a
  Safety Plan with a Work Asset having reference to the "Safety
  Related Assets"
  (i) Example: Demo Data ELECPOLE
  (ii) Confirm Safety Plan has Work Asset: Location POLE300 and
  Asset 52300
  (iii) From More Actions -> Select Hazards; Note that Under "Work
  Assets" section, you can see Location: POLE300 and Asset: 52300
  listed and under "Hazards" section Location: ECC220 is listed
  when you click on Location: POLE300 and there are no Hazards for
  Asset: 52300.
  RESULT: In the Safety Plans Application,
  The Label "Hazards" shows the Hazards for the Work Asset -
  Location POLE300. When we click on Asset: 52300, there are no
  Hazards shown.
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  When there are multiple Assets it becomes difficult to read the
  Work Assets for which the Hazards are shown.
  The Label "Hazards" should actually mention the Work Asset for
  which the Hazard is shown. In this example, it should be-
  "Hazards for Location: POLE300" or just "Hazards for POLE300"
  and so on.
