• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Load new non-Linear 4000 assets with classification RAIL
  using the enterprise service MXASSETInterface.
  
  2. Go to Assets application and confirm 4000 assets starting
  from 8000001 have been loaded.
  
  3. Run the query below and confirm that LINEARASSETSPECID is
  zero (since the Assets are non-Linear).
  select ASSETATTRID, ASSETSPECID, LINEARASSETSPECID from
  ASSETSPEC where ASSETNUM like '8000001' and ROWNUM<10
