Error description

• After installing the TPAE 7.6.1.2 Interim Fix 008 and running
  UpdateDB, the Description of numerous records in the Condition
  table related to the Budget Monitoring application are changed
  to nondescript values. The ConditionNum on the affected records
  are "BUDMON" followed by a 2 or 3 digit number.
