Error description

  • CASE TS005489786

    this turns out to be an APAR in the feature (of informing about
    outdated scan) design. Please open one and let me know the APAR
    number.

    The ILMT data import works in such a way that it processes a
    range of data from BigFix, i.e. the data that changed from the
    last successful import until the point in time the current data
    import started.

    If the data is updated while the data import is running, in
    usual case the data import will not pick it up - instead, this
    change is supposed to be processed during the next data import.

    The problem is that the Time of Last Successful Capacity Scan
    property in the Scanner Information analysis gets updated very
    frequently (capacity scan is performed every 30 mins). So it is
    quite probable that for the same endpoint that property will be
    refreshed each time during consecutive data imports, thus the
    value ILMT server reports on the UI becomes stale.
