IJ33581: WHEN CLEARANCE STATUS IS CHANGED TO RESTORE, THE STATUS OF ITS TAG SHOULD BE PENDING INSTEAD OF APPLIED

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1- Access Organizations(Nuc) application.
  Select the Org record and open Nuclear Options/ Clearances
  options.
  For the various Sites, ensure you have:
  * Tag Sharing Mode = Manually share tags during Shift
  Supervisor approval
  Clearance Tag Sharing & Conflict Checking Adjustment Criteria :
  * Use Clearance Groups = NO
  * Conflict Checking = Apply tag conflict checking rules during
  Shift Supervisor approval
  * Tag Sequence Numbers within Clearances Must Be Unique = NO
  * Allow the Requirements for Independent Verification to Be
  Changed on Draft Clearance = NO
  * Transfer of Tags from Clearances to Work Orders = Manually
  transfer tags during craft approval
  * Modify Work Order Tag Transfer = Start with all tags selected
  * Clearance Request Control = YES
  * Require Craft Approval of Clearance Protection for Work
  Orders, and Enable Work Order Association with Clearances = NO
  *  Work Order Acceptance of Boundary Revision = Work order
  Acceptance of Boundary Revision is never required
  * Sign Off Behavior for Reapplying or Restoring Tags on Temp
  Lifts = Require all work orders that are associated with the
  temp lift to sign off
  * Allow Multiple Clearances to Be Associated with a Single Work
  Order = NO
  * Changing Clearance Status from Approved to Ready =
  Automatically change clearance status from Approved to Ready
  when tags are applied, restored, or verified
  * Automatic Status Change to Ready for Related Clearances = YES
  * Changing Clearance Status from Release to Restore =
  Automatically change clearance status from Release to Restore
  when Tagging Official grants approval to release
  (These are the default settings)
  Pre-requisite:
  Create a new record in Locations(Nuc) with Type = OPERATING and
  specify Position = OPEN in Positions tab and save.
  2- From Clearances(Nuc) application, create a new record named
  'AAAAA'.
  On Application tab, click [New Row] in Tag Application section
  and specify a location (eg, LOC1).
  Then select any position for App Position field.
  Also, in Restoration tab and Tag Restoration section, specify
  Restoration Sequence # = 1 and select any position for Rest
  Position.
  3- Duplicate Clearance, name it 'BBBBB' and save the record.
  4- In BBBBB, click New Row in Temp Lifts section to add the new
  row (and Type = FUNCTIONAL).
  Click Save and click 'Select Tags for Lift' button.
  Then on 'Select Tags for Lift' dialog, check the box for the
  Tag and click OK.
  Specify Tag Off Restoration Sequence = 1, Tag On Application
  Sequence = 1 and save.
  5- In BBBBB, select 'Change Status' from Common Actions menu
  and change the clearance status from Draft to Waiting for
  Approval, and then from Waiting for Approval to Approved.
  When you change the status to Approved, the Share Tags dialog
  is displayed.
  Do  NOT check Shareable Tags for Tag Xxxx and click "OK".
  6- In BBBBB, select 'Tagging Activities' from Common Actions
  menu and check the box for the listed Tag and click OK.
  The Clearance status should then be Ready, and the Tag status
  should be Applied.
  7- Open Clearance record AAAAA.
  Select Change Status from Common Actions menu and change the
  Clearance from Draft to Waiting for Approval, and from Waiting
  for Approval to Approved.
  When you change the status to Approved, the Share Tags dialog
  is displayed.
  Do NOT check Shareable Tags for Tag Xxxx and click OK.
  8- In AAAAA, select 'Tagging Activities' from Common Actions
  menu, check the box for the listed Tag and click OK.
  The Clearance status should then be "Ready".
  9- In AAAAA, select Change Status from Common Actions menu and
  change the Clearance status from Ready to Approved to Release.
  The Clearance status should then be RESTORE because of
  Organizations option, and a Tag status should be Pending.
  10- Open record BBBBB. On Temp Lifts tab, click 'Link Affected
  Clearance' button.
  The tag which belongs to AAAAA is then displayed (and box is
  already checked in Affected Clearances Tags section). Click OK
  to link it.
  11- Click 'Change Status' icon (traffic light icon) for the
  Temp Lift and change the status to Waiting for Approval.
  The Tags' statuses should then be Pending.
  12- Click 'Change Status' icon for the Temp Lift and change the
  status from Waiting for Approval to Draft(= Roll Back).
  The tags which belong to AAAAA then have their Status changed
  to Applied.
  The Tags' status SHOULD NOT be Applied because the status of
  AAAAA is RESTORE and the Tags' status should therefore be
  PENDING instead.
  Open AAAAA record for comparison. On the Restoration tab, you
  can see the Tag Status was changed to APPLIED. Compare with
  Step 9 when it was PENDING.
  
  RESULTS:
  The tags which belong to AAAAA have their Status changed to
  Applied.
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The Tags' status should not be Applied because the status of
  AAAAA is RESTORE and the Tags' status should therefore be
  PENDING instead.
