IJ33569: XMLFILECONSUMER STOPS PROCESSING XMLS

  Please help to resolve the issue when customer is processing
  files from
  
  the source directory by XMLFILECONSUMER cront task. Customer is
  on  maximo  7.6.1.1
  
  They have around 4000 files on directory
  Issue description:
  
  when having number of xml files on directory > 50-80  ,  the
  XMLFILECONSUMER crontak is not processing data  and there is no
  errors in a log. Crontask keep running on schedule
  
  L2 has reproduced the issue in 7611 having 4000 customer files.
