  1) Use the Database Configuration app to create relationship
  for the LOCATIONS object
  Relationship: TEST
  Child Object: WORKORDER
  Where Clause: location = :location and historyflag = :no and
  siteid=:siteid and SCHEDSTART <= sysdate
  2) Use the Database Configuration app to create a  Formula for
  Attributes
  Object Name: LOCATIONS
  Attribute Name: INSTALLDATE
  Formula Expression: TEST$SCHEDSTART
  Active: <checked>
