Error description
PROBLEM: When first attaching and then viewing an image or video to an SR in the Self Service Work Center, the image attaches successfully, but when you view it you get this error: "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again. If the problem persist take a look on console to more details" STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Login to the Self Service Work Center. 2. Create a new SR. 3. When asked if you want to add a photo or video to the SR select yes. 4. Attach a photo or video (we tested with .jpg , .png and .avi) 5. The image will attach without error. 6. Click on the image / video to view it and you get the error: "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again. If the problem persist take a look on console to more details". If you subsequently view the image, no error occurs. CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: This error: "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again. If the problem persist take a look on console to more details" EXPECTED RESULT: No error.
