Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Apply Item Assembly Structure to Location creating multiple PMs
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Go to item masters application
  Bring up PUMP100
  Select "Duplicate Item" from More Actions
  Call the duplicate "PUMP101"
  Save the record
  Go to Item Assembly Structure tab
  Add 2 rotating items e.g. MOT10,MCV-60
  Change the status to ACTIVE and select "Roll New Status to
  Organizations and Inventory" checkbox
  2) Go to Master PM application
  Create a new record e.g. 1048
  item = PUMP101
  work order status =WSCH
  Go to Frequency tab
  Frequency = 5 days
  Go to Job Plan Sequence tab
  Click New Row and add a job plan e.g. JPCAL101
  Enter a sequence number e.g. 1
  Save
  3) Go to Locations app
  Create a new location e.g. LOC-101
  Type = operating
  Rotating item = PUMP101
  Save
  4) Go to "associcate systems with location" action
  Click New Row
  System = primary
  Parent = NEEDHAM
  Click OK
  5) Select "apply Item Assembly Structure" action
  6) Click cancel
  7) Select "apply Item Assembly Structure" action
  8) Click auto-number All button
  Click OK
  Select "open drilldown" from More Actions
  9) Go to PM application
  Filter for LOC-101
  ACTUAL RESULTS: 4 PM records have been created.
  EXPECTED RESULTS:  1 PM record should have been created
