Error description

  • Problem Description
    When user report asset downtime in work order A and then change
    asset from down to UP for same asset but in work order B, Maximo
    doesn't recognize the Start Date, Start Work Order and Start
    Code in work order B in Manage downtime history. The same
    happens in work order A, Maximo doesn't recognize the End Date,
    End Work Order and End Code in Manage downtime history.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
    .Create a work order
    .Enter a description (WO 1)
    .Asset: A7801
    .Save
    .Approve work order
    .Create a second work order
    .Enter a description (WO 2)
    .Asset: A7801
    .Save
    .Approve work order
    
    Back to first work order to report downtime.
    .MORE ACTIONS >> REPORT DOWNTIME
    .Status Date field will be the current date and time
    .Downtime Code: BRKDWN
    .Click OK
    
    .MORE ACTIONS >> MANAGE DOWNTIME HISTORY
    .Expand the line to Asset A7801
    .End Date, End Work Order and End Code are empty (client is
    complaining about these fields)
    
    Lets open the second work order with same asset which it's down
    after our previously step
    .Open the second work order
    .MORE ACTIONS >> REPORT DOWNTIME
    .Start Date: [current date]
    .Downtime Code: BRKDWN
    .Click OK
    .MORE ACTIONS >> MANAGE DOWNTIME HISTORY
    .Expand the line to Asset A7801
    .Start Date, Start Work Order and Start Code are empty (client
    is complaining about these fields)
    
    RESULTS: Manage downtime history is missing information when you
    report start downtime in work order A and stop down time in work
    order B both to same asset.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS: Manage downtime history should show up the
    values to start and end downtime history.
