Error description
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Maximo 7.6.1.1 - PO and PR Applications Are Not Displaying CommLog Attachments on "View Attachments" Dialog. APAR IJ28105 was fixed in TPAE 7.6.1.2 IFix 009. However, the PO issue was not fixed correctly. PERFORMANCE ISSUE : NO STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1) Go to PO or PR app. 2) Select a PO or PR. 3) Select "Create Communication" from "Select Action" menu. 4) Fill out the required fields and Subject, attach a file to the Communication, and Send. 5) Return to the main tab. ERRONEOS BEHAVIOR: 6) Click on "Attachments" link the file just attached to the Communication will not apply on the list. 7) Go to Tab Log > Communication log. New attached file is listed on Communication log list. EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: If a CommLog is appearing on the Communication Log sub-tab, then its attachments should appear in the Attachments list even if the CommLog is associated with a prior Revision, including all PO revisions. Workaround: To modify the Where Clause for the DOCLINKS relationship from the PO objects. On APAR IJ28105 was fixed in TPAE 7.6.1.2 IFix 009.
