: Ticket moved to QUEUED from ONHOLD STATUS automatically and owner shows blank PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No STEPS TO REPRODUCE: ? Create a SR ticket. ? Assign a ownergroup. ? open same SR in different browser and take ownership and change status to INPROGRESS. ? change status to SLAHOLD. ? Now, Go back to the previous browser attach a file without refreshing the browser. You will see status is changed back to QUEUE in status history. EXPECTED RESULT: Ticket history should show correct status and owner. ENVIRONMENT: - ICD: 7.6.1.0 TPAE 761 CASE: TS005127390
