Error description
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Organizations application. 2. Bring up EAGLENA Organization. 3. From More Actions menu, select Inventory Options > Inventory Defaults. 4. In Inventory Defaults dialog, make sure the option "Automatically create usage documents for new reservations?" is unchecked. 5. Go to Item Master application. 6. Create a new Item record as the following and save it: Item: any valid number Order Unit: EACH Issue Unit: EACH 7. Change Item Status to ACTIVE, selecting the option "Roll New Status to Organizations and 8. Select Action > Add Items to Storeroom. 9. From Add Items to Storeroom dialog, enter: BEDFORD Site CENTRAL Storeroom Unit Cost: 1.00 Current Balance: 2.00 10. Go to Create Requisition application. 11. Create a new Requisition against any valid GL Account. 12. Click on Continue. 13. In Requisition Line Items, click on New Row button, enter the following info and click on Continue: Line Type: Item Item: the Item above Quantity: 3.00 Storeroom: CENTRAL 14. Click on Submit. 15. Take note of the Desktop Requisition number and click on Return to Start Center. 16. Go to Inventory Usage application. 17. Create a new Usage document as the following: Usage Type: ISSUE From Storeroom: CENTRAL 18. Click on Select Reserved Items button. 19. In the Select Reserved Items dialog, filter the lines by the Item in question, select the line and click OK. 20. Save the Inventory Usage record and try to change its Status to Complete. 21. At this point, Split Usage Quantity dialog opens: 21.1. Change the Quantity from 3.00 to 2.00. 21.2. Click on Auto-Split, then click OK. Result: As expected, the Usage record of Quantity=2.00 changes Status to Complete. Now try to delete that remaining Reservation of one unit, following the steps below: 22. From More Actions menu, select Add/Modify Reservations. 23. In the Add/Modify Reservations dialog, filter the lines by the Item in question. 24. With the line on the screen, scroll to the right and click on Mark Row for Delete icon. RESULTS: At this point, the system throws the message "BMXAA7694I - One or more reservations are referenced in inventory usage records. You can use the Inventory Usage application to complete the transactions for these reservations.". This is the issue. EXPECTED RESULTS: The system should allow the remaining Reservation to be deleted. REPORTED IN VERSION: IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.1
