Error description

  • In GWW when a record is viewed for the first time on Graphical
    View tab, the Gantt and Resource
    calendar views (month) do not match up on the first date range
    Upon moving date ranges forward, they then appear correctly but
    returning to the start of the work list period the months do not
    line up

    This issue does not seem to affect any functionality but is
    creating confusion to the users due to Months not matching.

    Steps to replicate:
    Log into Maximo as wilson/wilson
    Go to Work Order Tracking and insert a new work order, Schedule
    Start Time=11/4/2021 12:00 PM, Schedule
    Finish=same_day_an_hour_later
    Go to Plans tab, Labor sub-tab, click New Row, Craft=ELECT
    Go to Graphical Work Week, insert new record, Calendar
    =DAY EAGLENA, Shift=DAY Start Date=10/31/21 12:00 AM, End
    Date=11/14/21 12:00 AM
    Under data area Work Queries, click New Row, Query Name= My work
    order,
    Where Condition=(wonum like '%Work_order_from_above%')
    Click ON Graphical View tab

    RESULT: In the work order graphical view on the right-hand side
    the bar at the top with MONTH shows Nov 2021
    In the Resource calendar on the bottom half, right-hand side the
    bar at the top with MONTH shows Oct 2021
    On both halves of the screen the bar below the MONTH and the
    third bar showing the DAY and DATE show all the same values.

    EXPECTED RESULT: The months on the upper half of the screen and
    bottom half of the screen should be consistent and show the same
    month value as this is creating confusion with users

    Additional Comments:
    Work List that have a date range that begins on a Sunday which
    is also the last day of the month appear to have the issue.

    Example: Sunday, Jan 31 - Sunday, February 28, Oct 31 etc.
