  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1.Go to Inventory Usage application
  2.Open any record whose status='Entered' and having Usage lines
  3.In Usage Lines, Click Tab key
  
  RESULTS: The focus jumps to the next field regardless of
  whether it can be input or not
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The focus should jump to the next field which
  can be input
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION: Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.1
