  Users are getting error to complete the
  failure association while remedy is chosen in work
  supervision.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE: clear recreate steps that
  make sense to someone not involved in PMR/Case.
  .Login as
  maxadmin in Classic Maximo
  .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK
  SUPERVISION
  .Create a new work order
  .Change status to
  APPROVED
  .In Scheduling Information, click to edit the Start
  card
  .Enter the next day
  .Enter 5 AM
  .Save
  .Click Assign
  Owner
  .Click Owner
  .Select an owner (ie maxadmin)
  .Click on
  Report Work
  .Click on Failure sub tab
  .Click in the look up for
  Failure Class field
  .Select CONVEYOR
  .Click in the look up for
  Problem field
  .Choose MOTRFAIL
  .Click in the look up for Cause
  field
  .Choose FAN
  .Click in the look up for Remedy
  field
  .Choose LOOSE
  .Shows error "BMXAA4190E - Type CAUSE is
  not in the value list."
  .Click OK
  .Select TIGHTFIT in the
  SELECT REMEDY dialog
  .Shows error "BMXAA4534E - The failure
  report code is not valid."
  
  RESULTS: BMXAA4534E - The failure
  report code is not valid.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: User should be
  able to associate problem, cause and remedy in a work
  order.
