Error description

• When trying to change a rotating item associated to a rotating
  asset an error is thrown.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  
  1. Open the Asset application and call item 1004, use the change
   item option and first select HD4532.
  
  2. Now use the option once again to try and change the item once
  again to D600, the error is thrown.
  
  
  BMXAA4129E - The record for Attribute=DISKSIZE, Asset=1004,
  Section=, Site=BEDFORD, Linear Specification Id=0 already
  exists. Ensure that the key value for the given record is
  unique.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  That the new item would have been updated against the asset.
