Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Token count is incorrect for Anywhere service request user
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Install Maximo Anywhere
  2) Open LMTOOLS utility and go to Server Status tab
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:   5 tokens are being consumed by Anywhere
  Service Request user
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:  Users who have only the
  Anywhere_Service_Request group and no other groups will be self
  service users for 0 tokens.  Any other Anywhere or non-Anywhere
  groups will consume tokens
