APAR status

Error description

  • Problem Description:
    Labor costs are not being calculated correct in the View Costs
    dialog box.
    Estimated duration on owner task or WO is being used as default
    value for labor amount hours. But that default value is not
    being computed in total labor hours in task or Work order.
    
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go To Work Order Tracking
    2. Create WO: 1292
    3. In the Scheduling Informaton section
    Duration: 50:00
    Save
    4. Click on Plans tab
    5. Create a Task in the Tasks for Work Order 1292 section
    Click New Row
    Task: 10
    Work Reference Information section
    Reference WO: T1089
    Scheduling Information section
    Estimated Duration: 50:00
    Save
    6. More Actions > View > Costs
    View Costs dialog box
    Resource: Labor Hours
    Current Estimate: 0.00
    7. Copy Reference WO: T1089
    8. In Find Work Order field
    Filter T1089
    9. Opens on the Plans tab
    10. Labor sub tab
    Click New Row
    Enter Labor: LOU
    Effort Hours: 50:00 is auto populated
    Save
    11. More Actions > View > Costs
    View Costs dialog box
    Resource: Labor Hours
    Current Estimate: 0.00
    12. Then change the Effort Hours from 50 to 65, Save, View Costs
    and the Labor shows 15 - the difference from 50 to 65
    
    Results: Labor hours are not shown for the original entry
    
    Expected Results: Labor hours to show the original entry of 50
    Hours and should update with correct calculations of future
    hours.
