IJ30779: PMFORECASTCRONTASK IS STOPPING WHEN TRY TO GENERATE FORECASTS FOR METER-BASED PM

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PMForecastCronTask is not generating next
  Forecasts for meter-based PM when the PM already has forecast
  records.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Go to Meters
  Application
  Create a Meter:RH
  Description:RH Meter
  Meter
  Type:CONTINUOUS
  Reading Type:DELTA
  Unit of Measure:HOURS
  
  2)
  Go to Assets Application
  Create a new Asset:
  ARLC020
  Description: ARLC020 for Forecast Test
  Navigate to
  Meters Tab, Under Meters, Add a new Row
  Select Meter:RH
  Last
  Reading:24
  Last Reading Date:8/18/2020 11:50 PM
  Last Reading
  Inspector:maxadmin
  Under Continuous Meter Details, Select
  Average Calculation Method:SLIDING-DAYS
  Sliding Window
  Size:30
  Reading Type:DELTA
  Accept Rolldown
  From:NONE
  Save
  Change Asset Status to Active
  
  3) Go to
  Preventive Maintenance Application
  create a new PM
  record
  Description :PM for Meter Based Frequency
  forecast
  select Asset:ARLC020
  Work Type:PM
  Work Order
  Status:WAPPR
  Go to Frequency Tab, Under Meter Based Frequency
  tab
  Add a new Row
  Select Meter:RH
  Frequency:1000
  Meter
  Reading:20
  Meter Reading Date: 8.18.2020 10:00
  On Work Order
  Generation Information section;
  Generate Work Order Based on
  Meter Readings (Do Not Estimate): yes
  Generate Work Order When
  Meter Frequency is Reached: yes
  Go to PM Tab to see the Counter
  value, Under More Actions, set PM counter :1
  Change PM Status
  to Active
  
  4) Go to Asset:ARLC020; Under More Actions-> Enter
  Meter Reading
  New Reading: 34 ; Click OK
  Now the Asset Meter
  has two meter readings
  
  5) Go to Cron Task Setup Application->
  PMForecastCronTask
  Create a new Crontask Instance, Name:ARLC ;
  Schedule it for 1 minute;
  Parameters, forecastfordays:10;
  whereclause:pmnum in ('1021');
  Save and Make it
  Active
  
  Reproduce the Issue
  
  6) Go to Asset:ARLC020; Under
  More Actions-> Enter Meter Reading
  New Reading: 400
  New Reading
  Date: (today)
  Click OK
  
  7) Go to Preventive Maintenance
  Application and bring up the PM 1021.
  Wait for the crontask to
  run and Observe the Forecast under PM record. Forecastcrontask
  generate 3 forecast records.
  
  8) Go to Cron Task Setup
  Application-> PMForecastCronTask
  change only the Parameters
  forecastfordays from 10 to 20;
  Save and Reload
  
  9) Wait for
  the crontask to run and Observe the Forecast under PM record.
  Forecastcrontask WAS NOT generate even with no change on
  Average Units/Days number.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Crontask
  is not generating next Forecasts for meter-based PM forecasted
  with no changes on Average Units/Days field.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Crontask should generating next forecasts for meter-based PM
  forecasted.
