Error description
When you generate a work order from a PM if the Crew Work Group is used on the job plan, it crosses over correctly for tsks but not for the parent work order. If you create a new work order using a task with Crew Work Group populated on the planned labor rows, the Crew Work Group crosses over correctly to the assignments on the Assignments tab. It does it for both the task and for the parent work order. If you create a new job plan with a task with Crew Work Group populated on the planned labor rows and then apply that job plan to a new work order, the Crew Work Group crosses over correctly to the assignments. It does it for both the task and for the parent work order. If you use that same job plan on a PM and then generate a work order, the Crew Work Group crosses over correctly for tasks but not for the parent work order. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Create a new job plan with one task. Give each a duration of any positive number such as 3. 2. Give each one, the task and the main job plan record, a labor. 3. On both labor rows enter a value for Crew Work Group (this is a Person Group, to use it for Crew Work Group you must check the Crew Work Group? check-box in the Person Group application). 4. Save and change status to active. 5. Go to the Preventive Maintenance application and create a new PM using the new job plan. Give it a location, a frequency, an estimated next due date and any other required fields. 6. Save and change status to active. 7. Generate a work order from this new PM. You can use Frequency Criteria or not. RESULTS: When you go to the Assignments tab for the work order you will see the Crew Work Group populated for the task's assignment but not for the parent work order's assignment. EXPECTED RESULTS: The Crew Work Group should be populated for the task's assignment and for the parent work order's assignment. The same way it is populated if the job plan was used directly on a new work order and for the work order with planned labor not using a job plan. REPORTED IN VERSION: 7.6.1.2 IFix 004
