Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  When a Radio Button Group control is dragged to the application
  canvas in Application Designer, although the Text Alignment is
  LEFT the header is not justified to the left.
  As a reference per Dev request, please consider existing APAR
  IV94884.
  
  PROBLEM:
  When a Radio Button Group control is dragged to the application
  canvas in Application Designer, although the Text Alignment is
  LEFT the header is not justified to the left.
  This is not a consistent issue that can be replicated every
  time, but it happens and there is no way to adjust the header
  alignment in the application.
  As a reference per Dev request, please consider existing APAR
  IV94884.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  This case was replicated at:
  http://mxbuild-iot-1.fyre.ibm.com:10268/maximo
  
  Cloned the SR app and created the ZZ_MATLTRANSFER application.
  Then created the following Radio Button Group controls in the
  Material Transfer tab , from the control pallete (all of them
  have the Text Alignment property set to Left) :
  
  Control ID= 1606402175317
  Label= ROBERTO TEST1
  *for some reason this one is incorrectly label aligned to the
  right
  
  Control ID= 1606402228389
  Label= ROBERTO TEST2
  *for some reason this one is correctly label aligned to the
  right
  
  Control ID= 1606402309884
  Label= ROBERTO TEST3
  *this one is correctly label aligned to the left
  
  Steps are :
  Open Maximo as maxadmin
  Go to Application Designer application
  Open an application canvas like PR application
  Open the Control Pallette and drag a Radio Button Group control
  You will see that the Radio Group Control header will remain to
  the right instead of left
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Although the Text Alignment is LEFT the header is not justified
  to the left.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The header is justified to the left.
