APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • One of the deprecated report panels (Software Installations)
    was removed in ILMT 9.2.22.0. However if you've created a saved
    report of that panel in the earlier version of the ILMT, after
    upgrade you will not be able to access Reports > Saved Reports
    panel.
    The following error can be found in the tema.log
    file:

Local fix

  • Perform following SQL updates on the ILMT database (temadb):
    1)
    issue following SQL select and take a note of the results for
    further use:
    select pagestate_id from dbo.reports where path
    like '%/software_facts' or path like '%/software_facts/%'
    2)
    issue following SQL delete statement:
    delete from dbo.reports
    where path like '%/software_facts' or path like
    '%/software_facts/%'
    3) for each row from the step 1), fill up
    the <PAGESTATE_ID> placeholder below with the result value and
    execute
    delete from dbo.pagestates where id =
    '<PAGESTATE_ID>'
    
    After these changes, the Reports > Saved
    Reports panel should be working correctly.
