IJ30084: ELONGATED BUNDLE EXPORT TIME UPON UPGRADE TO CICS 5.5

Error description

• UPON UPGRADE TO CICS EXPLORER 5.5, YOU NOTICE THAT BUNDLES ARE
  TAKING A LONGER DURATION OF TIME TO EXPORT TO THE HOST SYSTEM.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The time taken to export bundles has increased significantly
  from CICS Explorer 5.2 to CICS Explorer 5.5.  When exporting
  BundleA containing OSGi projects A, B, and C, each project is
  built multiple times, because each show up as dependencies of
  each other.  Exporting bundles is also slower than expected when
  using CICS Explorer 5.4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The export handlers have been altered to remember for the
  duration of an export run when they have already built a
  project.  If it has been built before then it is not built again
  .
  This fix will be made available in Versions 5.4.0.19 and
  5.5.0.14 of the CICS Explorer.
