Error description
Error Message: Performance regression in Arrays.copyOf implementation . Stack Trace: N/A .
Local fix
Problem summary
Performance regression in com.ibm.rmi.io.FastPathForCollocated.doCopy() implementation.
Problem conclusion
To enable the fix, please use the system property -Dcom.ibm.CORBA.DeepCopyVector=true. . If both writeObject() and readObject() is present, it invokes both. If either of them is absent, it invokes default serialization. In the failing case the readObject() method is extra to the class/classes involved in serialization/de-serialization and hence it takes a longer route. This may lead to 45 seconds delay in different kind of EJB workflows. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR7 FP5 (8.0.7.5) . Contact your IBM Product's Service Team for these Service Refreshes and Fix Packs. For those running stand-alone, information about the available Service Refreshes and Fix Packs can be found at: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/jdk/
