APAR status

Error description

  • Cannot apply screen configuration in the Database Configuration
    Application, receive the following Error:
    
    BMXAA0680E - The
    language column must have a data type of UPPER and length of
    4.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1. Go to System Configuration>
    Platform Configuration> Database Configuration
    
    2. Select any
    Object ( ie WORKORDER)
    
    3. Make any changes ( add a attribute,
    Add to the Description) and Save
    
    Receive the following
    Error:
    
    BMXAA0680E - The language column must have a data type
    of UPPER and length of 4.
    
    Regardless of what you want to
    change, the error happens and won't let you do any
    configuration Changes.
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.
    
    CURRENT
    ERRONEOUS RESULTS: Cannot make any DB configuration
    Changes
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Be able to Make any configuration
    changes.

    Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.0
