Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Open Work Order Tracking.
  2. Select
  an
  existing Work Order and open the Map tab.
  3. Select the
  layers
  button from the toolbar.
  4. Deselect a layer and close
  the
  layers menu dialog.
  5. Select the edit button from the
  toolbar.
  The message "Feature creation is disabled for all
  layers" will
  be displayed in the dialog.
  6. Close the Edit
  button dialog box
  and select the layers button again from the
  toolbar.
  7.
  Re-select the layer the was removed above. Close
  the the layers
  menu dialog again.
  8. Select the edit button
  again from the
  toolbar. The message "Feature creation is
  disabled for all
  layers" will still be displayed.
  9. In order
  for the message to
  be removed the user will need to select a
  different tab in the
  Application and then move back into the
  Map tab.
  
  Expected
  Results:
  The Edit feature menu should
  refresh and allow the
  user to edit the layers on the map. The
  message "Feature
  creation is disabled for all layers" should no
  longer be
  displayed.
  
  Results:
  Edit menu will not refresh
  when
  re-selecting the layer. The message "Feature creation
  is
  disabled for all layers" is still displayed. In order for
  the
  Edit menu to display correctly again you will need to move
  to a
  different tab in the application and then move back into
  the
  Map tab.
