IJ29192: IVENTORY USAGE-New New Physical Count field 0 removed after save

APAR status

Error description

• Problem Description:
  On the Inventory Usage form, when entering 0 in the New Physical
  Count field,after save, the 0 is removed.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Open the Inventory Usage Application
  2. Create a new Inventory Usage record.
  3. Add a Storeroom in the FROM Storeroom field.
  4. Set the Usage Type to MIXED
  5. Select the New Row button under the Usage Lines section
  6. Set the Usage Type to ISSUE for the Line Item, and the Line
  Type to Item.
  7. Select an Item and enter in the required information.
  8. In the New Physical count field enter a value of 0.
  9. Save the record and change the status to complete.
  
  
  Results:
  The value of 0 in the New Physical count field is now removed
  and there is not a new Inventory Balance row added in the
  Inventory form for the item.
  
  
  Expected Results:
  The value of 0 should not be removed from the New Physical count
  field and a new row should be added to the inventory form. The
  physical count should be adjusted
