Error description

• In general, No Host Scan Data status should mean that the VM is
  not taken into account and to correctly calculate usage on it,
  customer needs to make the VM host to report to the ILMT too.
  The HP-UX endpoints with No Host Scan Data status were
  contributing to the PVU metric calculations based on the
