  sun.nio.cs.ext.IBM1390A$Decoder
  sun.nio.cs.ext.IBM1399$Decoder
  sun.nio.cs.ext.IBM1399A$Decoder
  sun.nio.cs.ext.IBM930$Decoder
  sun.nio.cs.ext.IBM930A$Decoder
  sun.nio.cs.ext.IBM935$Decoder
  sun.nio.cs.ext.IBM937$Decoder

Problem conclusion

• These Decoder classes have been updated to remove the
  allocation of char[] objects each time the constructor
  of the Decoders is called. This is in continuation of APAR
  IJ22351 where this issue was fixed for just
  sun.nio.cs.ext.IBM1390$Decoder
  .
  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     8    SR6 FP15  (8.0.6.15)
