• After upgrade from Maximo 7.6.0.9 to 7.6.1.1, Integrity Checker
  raises the following WARNING:
  
  BMXAA0442W -- Warning -
  BMXAA0469W -- There was no unique index found for the primary
  key sequence on the table. Determine whether the table requires
  an index for the primary key column sequence.
  SKDTEMPLATES
  
  An
  Index named SKDTEMPLATES_NDX1 does exist for the Primary Key
  Columns but the "Enforce Uniqueness?" checkbox is not checked.
