Error description

  • When more than one dollar sign ($) is used for any parameter
defined in the response file, the silent installation will
incorrectly interpret the value provided. The installation may
not necessarily fail, yet the value read and used by the
installation is not the same as the one provided in the
response file, which may result in some unexpected
behavior.
