Error description

• Report looks different after the upgrade to v9.2.19.
  
  All Metrics report displaying license usage of a product on the
  endpoint on which no component is bundled to that product (as a
  charged assignment).
  
  The problem is related with the issue with the IBM DB2 Advanced
  Workgroup Server Edition OEM Limited Use 11.1 component.
  
  Due to DB2 product team error in the internal readiness process,
  the mentioned component existing in the ILMT catalog was
  removed from the catalog and all the possible relations to it
  were also removed. Since the software identification tags scan
  (so called ISO scan or SWIDTAGs scan) is possible based on the
  *.swidtag files even without the entry in the catalog, the
  component was duplicated in the ILMT (the old component
  definition was removed and new one was created). In the
  environment, the old component was initially discovered, yet
  now the second one is being reported (but this is not
  distinguishable for the customer). The rebundling corrects
  assignment only of the second component. The first one is not
  being displayed (since now it is removed), yet it is still
  counted for the license utilization for the time it was not
  marked as removed and unfortunatelly this will not be possible
  to be reassigned as for now.
