Local fix

• Increase the native memory of the operating system. Note that
  this will only delay the problem from happening again
  

Problem summary

• Failed to create the ramClass during an OutOfMemory error and
  returned the romClass instead. Entered in an unhandled scenario
  

Problem conclusion

• Not to notify the GC if we fail to recreate a ramClass
  .
