Problem summary

• The problem appears because tracecontext object used to track
  every known thread.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to control whether historical
  threadnames are captured. The traceformat utility uses this to
  retain its current behavior
  .

     8    SR6 FP15  (8.0.6.15)
