IJ24858: Issue experienced integrating ICD with ClearQuest when defining clients own OSLC Providers

Error description

• The error is thrown out by:
  com.ibm.tivoli.maximo.oslc.consumer.app.interaction.OslcInteract
  ion because the designer is null which is due to the discovery
  not getting invoked.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  (Preparation: Add Resource Types)
  1. Go To -> Integration -> OSLC Providers
  2. Select Action -> Add/Modify Resource Types
  (a) Resource Type: MYCQ
  (b) Resource Type URI:
  http://open-services.net/ns/cm#ChangeRequest
  (c) Import the Shape document.
  (d) Save.
  
  (Preparation: Add OSLC Provider)
  3. Go To -> Integration -> OSLC Providers
  4. Select Action -> Insert OLSC Provider
  (a) Provider: MYCQPROVIDER
  (b) End Point: SCCDCQOAUTH
  (c) Public URI: http://cqwebserver/cqweb
  (d) Service Provider List URI:
  http://cqwebserver/cqweb/oslc/repo/9.0.0
  (e) Save.
  (Reproducing the issue: Create an OSLC Interaction)
  
  5. Go To -> Integration -> OSLC Providers
  6. Open MYCQPROVIDER (created at step 3, 4)
  7. Select Action -> Create OSLC Interaction
  (a) Interaction: INTERACTIONTEST
  (b) Interaction Type: CREATIONDIALOG
  (c) Resource Type: MYCQ (created at step 1, 2)
  (d) Click Next <-- Receive error: -BMXAA8341E - An
  error was encountered while attempting to retrieve a resource
  at URI http://open-services.net/ns/cm#ChangeRequest using the
  OAuth protocol. There might be an error in the OAuth end point,
  the resource URI might not be valid, or you might not have
  permission to access the resource. Verify that the OAuth end
  point for the provider is configured properly, that the
  resource URI is valid, and that you have permission to access
  the resource.
  Unexpected Results:
  Encounter error BMXAA8341E clicking Next in first step of
  Create OSLC Interaction dialog
  
  Expected Results:
  Able to proceed to second step in Create OSLC Interaction dialog
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:

Local fix

• At step 7(c), do not use lookup to select MYCQ. Instead, key in
  MYCQ manually and tab out. This will invoke the discovery. If
  the connection + shape XML are correct, designer won?t be null
  and you will be able to proceed to next step.
