Error description
Maximo for Civil is a bundled license and it includes Maximo Asset Management and does not need a separate MAM license in addition to Civil license. In this setup and while using token license, token license logic that identifies and categorizes users is unable to categorize users who have read only access to applications. This results in some users consuming Civil Concurrent license where as those users should consume Civil Limited license.
