• Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. As a tenant user, attempt to import library.xml.
  
  Result:
  
  - In the UI, receive the error "Unable to import presentation:
  IO error"
  
  - The logs include the following stack trace:

  The problem is caused by a trailing space in the ID of this
  control:
  
  <accessiblelink classname="powerwhite" id="accessibilityhelp "
  imagecss="pwimg" label="Accessibility Help" targetid="{PAGE}"/>
  
  As a workaround, remove the trailing space and reimport.
  
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Error is Received and Cannot import
  the XML file
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:  Should be able to import the XML File without
  any Errors
  
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  
  Maximo Asset Management 7.6.0.10
  

Local fix

• Open library.xml and search for id="accessibilityhelp " and
  remove the space, save the presentation, and re-import
