  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
    When Setting the Date Property to dd-MMM-yyyy for Maximo the
    Service Request for Work Center Date format shows 01-JAN-2020
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1.Go to System Configuration, Platform Configuration, System
    Properties, Filter for DisplayDate, set the date to
    dd-MMM-yyyy, Save Changes.
    2.Click the Live refresh.
    3.Log into the Service Request for Work Centre Application
    4.Expected Result - Create a new Service Request Record and
    view the Service Request date
    01-JAN-2020 - Date should not span out of the tile.
    RESULT:
    4. Create a new
    Service Request Record and view the Service Request date
    01-JAN-2020
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The date format should display
    01/01/2020
