• Problem
  
  When transferring an item via Inventory Usage application with 2
   Usage lines and both TO Bins are the same only difference is
  Upper and lower case in the same To Storeroom Maximo decreases
  the current balance when changing the status to complete
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce
  
  Go to Inventory application bring up Item 29331 in Central
  storeroom and take note of the current balance
  Go to Inventory Usage Application
  Create a new Usage record
  Populate Usage Type = Transfer
  From Storeroom = Central
  Usage Lines Click new row
  Add item example = 29331
  Quantity = 1
  To Storeroom = Central
  To Bin = New
  Add another usage line
  Usage Type = Transfer
  Add Item = 29331
  Quantity = 1
  To Storeroom = Central
  To Bin (using UPPER CASE) = NEW
  Save the record
  Change status to Complete
  
  Go to Inventory application
  Filter for Item 29331 storeroom Central
  Scroll down to Inventory Balances Section
  
  Results
  
  There was only 1 transfer transaction done and the current
  balance was decreased
  
  
  Expected Results
  
  The current balance should not have decreased as the transfer
  was done in the same storeroom
