APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • PROBLEM:
The Log Meter Readings tab is shown first, whereas it should be
the Log Problems tab (first).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open the Log (Tr) application.
2. Create a new log.
3. Add a new trip.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The default tab shown is Log Meter Readings (second) when the
first tab is Log Problems tab.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The first tab (Log Problems) should be the default.

REPORTED IN VERSION:
Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1
IBM Maximo Transportation 7.6.2.5

Local fix

  •  Go to Application Designer and open the PLUSTLOGS application.
Move to the Logs tab and scroll to the bottom for Properties of
Log Problems, this has  Default?  checked. Move to Log
Meter Readings and this is also checked. Uncheck it, logoff and
back on again. Next time you enter the Trip Detail you will
notice that Log Problems is the default.
