IJ21153: SCHEDULER DATA MANAGER APPLICATION FAILS WHEN THE SKDPROJECTID IS GREATER THAN 1000

Error description

• The Scheduler Data Manager application fails when the
  SKDPROJECTID is greater than 1000
  PRECONDITION:
  Increase the SKDPROJECTID to a value > 1000
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1-) Go to Scheduler Data Manager application
  2-) Open the Record where the SKDPROJECTID is bigger than 1000
  3-) Try to run the validation on the Work Tab and this error
  appears:   "SDM BMXAA7094E - The entered value 1?001 is not
  valid." whenever they're trying to validate work using a common
  Craft/Zones between datasets.
  The error message indicates that data was uploaded in a format
  invalid, and Maximo conversion is not working properly.
